Aurrera Communications has won the award for Best Handling of a Merger or Acquisition Deal in the PRWeek UK Corporate, City and Public Affairs Awards 2023. These national U.K. awards recognise excellence in the PR industry.
The judges chose Aurrera Communications on the basis of our work in support of London and Cyprus-listed Bank of Cyprus Holdings, which rejected three all-share takeover approaches from U.S. private equity firm Lone Star between May and September 2022.
